Dynamo Rewards app for iOS and Android (the app) is provided by Dynamo Rewards Ltd (CRN: 12950447) whose registered address is 194 Clarence House, The Boulevard, Leeds, England, LS10 1LL ( 'we', 'our' or 'us').
We take your privacy very seriously. Please read this privacy policy carefully as it contains important information on how and why we collect, store, use and share any information relating to you (your information).
It also explains your rights in relation to your information and how to contact us or the relevant regulator in the event you have a complaint. Our collection, storage, use and sharing of your information is regulated by law, including under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
We are the controller of your information obtained via the app, meaning we are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.
If you are aged under 18 you must not use the app as it is not designed for you.
We do not intend to collect the information of anyone under 13. If you are aware that any information of anyone under 13 has been shared with the app, please let us know so that we can delete that data.

This privacy policy relates to your use of the app only.
The app links to other apps, websites or services owned and operated by certain trusted third parties to make additional products, information and services available to you. These other apps, websites or services may also gather information about you in accordance with their own separate privacy policies. Information we collect about you
The information we collect about you depends on the particular activities carried out through the app. We will collect and use the following information about you:

Registration is mandatory in order to use the app | your name / your gender, if you choose to give this to us / your account details, such as username and password / your replies to security questions |

Location services/data
The app will request your consent to use location services to precisely identify your location each session (ie each time the app is opened or has been placed in the background for more than 30 seconds). The app collects location every 15 minutes to refresh the information and only collects your location at a high precision when you are on an active ride. We require access to that data in order to accurately track the distance of your cycles.
If you do not provide your consent, the app will not work.
The location services in the app will not operate unless location services/data are generally enabled on your device. You may disable such functionality at any time by managing your device settings.
Motion activity/data
The app will request your consent to use motion activity to precisely identify when you are moving (ie each time the app is opened or has been placed in the background for more than 30 seconds). We require access to that data in order to accurately track your cycles.
If you do not provide your consent, the app will not work.
Health/activity data
The app will request your consent to use your health/activity data, specifically to read your steps count data. We will never write to your health/activity data.
We require your steps data in order to reward you with Dynamo Points.
If you do provide your consent, the app will not work.
You may disable such functionality at any time by managing your device settings.
How your information is collected
We collect information from you directly when you input it into the app or indirectly, such as your activity while using the app.
How and why we use your information
Under data protection law, we can only use your information if we have a proper reason, eg:

How long your information will be kept
Your information will be kept for as long as your account is active, your information will be deleted in full when you delete your account. This can be done by clicking “delete account” in settings.

Keeping your information secure
We have appropriate security measures to prevent your information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed unlawfully. We limit access to your information to those who have a genuine business need to access it
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
